WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE TO PLACE AN ORDER
We only accept payment with a credit card for catering orders. We have a secure payment system that will take a credit or debit card payment safely and easily.
WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER BY?
All lunch orders need to be placed by 10:00 am the same day of delivery, and breakfast orders need to be placed by 23:59 p.m. the day before the desired delivery date.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
For lunch orders you can edit your online order up until 11:59 pm the day before delivery. Breakfast orders can be edited up until 5:00 pm the day before delivery. Log in to your account on delivery.pret.com, select “previous orders”, then select the order you wish to amend.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM CATERING ORDER VALUE
All orders must have a minimum order value of $30.00. To ensure our customers get the same freshly prepared food as you see in shops; we need to apply a minimum price so the shop can deliver it to your office or venue. This is also in place as we do not charge a delivery fee.
I AM OUTSIDE THE DELIVERY ZONE, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes you can. Simply use the full address of the Pret shop you would like to pick up from as your delivery address, adding the words “pick-up only” in one of the address fields. You will need to give the shop a call to confirm what time you would like to pick up.

HOW DO I APPLY TO BECOME EXEMPT FROM TAX?
If you are exempt from tax, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your tax certificate, registered email, address and the tax exempt state(s) you are ordering to from. Our team will confirm once set up is complete.
