    What forms of payment can I use to place an order?

    We only accept payment with a credit card for catering orders. We have a secure payment system that will take a credit or debit card payment safely and easily.

    When do I need to order by?

    All lunch orders need to be placed by 10:00 a.m. the same day of delivery, and breakfast orders need to be placed by 11:59 p.m. the day before the desired delivery date.

    Can I edit my order?

    For lunch orders you can edit your online order up until 9:59 a.m. the day of your delivery. Breakfast orders can be edited up until 11:59 p.m. the day before delivery. Log in to your account on delivery.pret.com, select "Previous Orders", then select the order you wish to amend.

    What is the minimum catering order value?

    All orders must have a minimum order value of $30.00. To ensure our customers get the same freshly prepared food as you see in shops, we need to apply a minimum price so the shop can deliver it to your office or venue. This is also in place as we do not charge a delivery fee.

    I am outside the delivery zone, can I pick up my order?

    Of course! Please select "Order Pick-Up" where you'll be able to select which shop you'd like to pick your order up from.

    Who can I talk to if I have a quetion?

    Drop a note to USCatering@pret.com - we'll get back to you as quickly as we can. If your enquiry is about an order then please call the shop that's going to service your order. The number can be found on the order confirmation email we sent you.     How do I apply to become exempt from tax?

    If you are exempt from tax, contact USCatering@pret.com with your tax certificate, registered email, address and the tax exempt state(s) you are ordering to from. Our team will confirm once set up is complete.

    What is a Pret Office Drop Off?

    A Pret Office Drop Off is a new delivery service where we set up one or more designated drop off points within offices, and other work buildings, that we can deliver breakfast and lunch orders to each day.

    This means any individual who works within one of those buildings can order a Pret breakfast or lunch, from the same day, right up to 10 days in advance, and have it delivered to their nearest drop off point with no minimum spend or delivery fee.

    How does it work?

    A user simply signs up to the building, via a unique registration link or QR code. They then have an online account that they can use to order their food and drinks from and then we will drop it off in the designated delivery window.

    Can I arrange a drop at my building?

    We work with the landlords and building managers of any kind of work place, provided it's within our delivery range. If you are interested in setting this up for your tenants or workforce please get in touch by 1-866-Eat-Pret (328-7738) or emailing USCatering@pret.com.

    How often do you drop off?

    Typically, we will arrange one drop off for breakfast between 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and another for lunch between 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

    What are the cut off times?

    We work with individual buildings to set a time that suits so please let us know your requirements when you get in touch. Typically breakfast can be ordered up to 7:00 a.m. and lunch up to 10:00 a.m. the same day.

    If I'm not working in the registered building, can I have my food delivered elsewhere?

    Delivery will only be available to the designated Pret Office Drop points within your building. If your company has more than one building, then we can arrange for drop off points across your estate, so that employees could order to different drop off points depending on where they are based that day.

    Can food be delivered to home workers?

    We would not organize residential delivery through this service. If you would like to arrange home delivery, we are available on GrubHub, so visit their market place to see if delivery is available in your home area.

    How will a user determine which is their order?

    We individually bag all lunch orders and label them with the name of the person that ordered them.

    Do you deliver coffee or other hot drinks?

    We don't deliver hot drinks at this time. This is because we can't ensure our usual high standards when making batch barista-prepared drink orders and delivering them to an external location where they may be sat on the shelf for a period of time.

    How long will the food be left on the shelf?

    We recommend that food is left no longer than 3 hours on the shelf before it is removed. It is the responsibility of the landlord or building manager to ensure that no food is left out longer than that, as we will only be responsible for delivery of the food.

    How is the food paid for?

    The individual ordering will be required to pay by card at the point of ordering.
